Advice and support regarding the registration of transfer of property, registration and cancellation of mortgage bonds, drafting and preparation of securities, engaging with financiers, preparation and lodging of documentation with the Deeds Office, engaging with third parties, obtaining all necessary authorities and approvals, management of the registration or cancellation process.

Wills and Trusts

Advice and guidance in respect of the drafting and execution of a will, planning and formation of a family / business / testamentary trust, taxation, compliance and fiduciary aspects, registration of trusts and safe storage of wills.

Do I have to visit your office in person?

We always like meeting our client’s in person, but if you are just not in the area we are happy to arrange a video consultation via WhatsApp, Teams, Skype or what ever other platform is available to you.

What documents must I bring to my first consultation?

We are an accountable institution and accordingly you must provide us with your fica documents which include your ID and proof of residence, amongst other documents. Also bring any and all documents, photographs and recordings relating to the purpose of your consultation. If you are unsure about what to bring, ask our friendly receptionist for a list of documents.

How much does a consultation cost?

Consultation fee’s are instruction specific. Our friendly receptionist will tell you the cost of your first consultation when you book to make an appointment.

How much will my matter cost me?

Our fee’s are instruction specific. It all depends on what we must do for you, what Court we need to go to and how far we must drive to get there, amongst other things. We will provide you with a comprehensive Mandate and Fee with a detailed Fee Schedule or quotation for our services at our first appointment so you know exactly what you are getting in to.
