What you need to know about coming to see us
You can call or email our offices and our friendly receptionist will assist you with booking an appointment on a date and time that suitsyou best.
We always like meeting our client’s in person, but if you are just not in the area we are happy to arrange a video consultation via WhatsApp, Teams, Skype or what ever other platform is available to you.
We are an accountable institution and accordingly you must provide us with your fica documents which include your ID and proof of residence, amongst other documents. Also bring any and all documents, photographs and recordings relating to the purpose of your consultation. If you are unsure about what to bring, ask our friendly receptionist for a list of documents.
Consultation fee’s are instruction specific. Our friendly receptionist will tell you the cost of your first consultation when you book to make an appointment.
Our fee’s are instruction specific. It all depends on what we must do for you, what Court we need to go to and how far we must drive to get there, amongst other things. We will provide you with a comprehensive Mandate and Fee with a detailed Fee Schedule or quotation for our services at our first appointment so you know exactly what you are getting in to.
